Andrea is a fourth year student in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program. She is interested in the complex nature of the parent-child relationship, especially regarding issues related to parental self-efficacy and the child’s developmental outcome. She enjoys reading, cooking, and being outdoors.

Rachel is a non-traditional pre-medical student with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Prior to going back to school, Rachel was working with high-risk women and children at the Sexual Assault Center in Nashville and End Slavery TN. Rachel plans to become a physician and continue working with high-risk women and their infants. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and trying local restaurants around Knoxville.

Emily is a junior majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology. She plans to attend PA school after graduation with the aspiration to work as a Physician Assistant in family medicine and dermatology. She is currently obtaining patient and healthcare experience working as a Nursing Technician and Health Unit Coordinator at UT Medical Center. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with Remote Area Medical, going kayaking and paddle boarding, and trying out local Knoxville restaurants!
Sarah Huszar

Sarah is a junior majoring in Psychology with a minor in Statistics. Her goal is to go on to a clinical psychology graduate program, and her research interest is studying women with borderline personality disorder. Sarah’s plan is to become a licensed therapist, but she is also hoping to integrate research into her future career. In her free time she enjoys painting, song-writing, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
